Neuware - Practicing Presence with Inner Kindness is a beginning step in realizing we are a part of everything and everything is a part of us. As humans, our biggest challenges are deep observation, deep inspiration and deep experience. Our normal focus is typically limited to the technology screens we constantly carry with us and answer to. Most of us are in search of a new way - fixated on a search for more meaning in our lives. We are looking for ways to actively participate in the moments of our days and to seek ways to feel good about ourselves. When we start with inner kindness towards ourselves, we experience more personal happiness and thus we will find ourselves being more productive, more creative, more resilient and more energized.
