Philip Hopkins MBBS, MD, FRCA, holds the post of Professor of Anaesthesia at the University of Leeds, based at St James’s Hospital. He is an Honorary Consultant Anaesthetist to the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Director of the UK Malignant Hyperthermia Investigation Unit, also based at St James’s.
Dr. Massimo Lamperti is a Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology at Case Western University, Ohio and Chair of the Anesthesiology Division at the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Before joining the Cleveland Clinic, Prof. Lamperti worked as a consultant anesthesiologist and inten>sivist at the National Neurological Institute Besta in Milan, Italy. His main research interests are inten>sive care medicine, haemodynamic monitoring, neuroanesthesia, and paediatric anaesthesia.
Dr Lamperti has been invited to speak at international and national conferences, presenting his research in anaesthesia and critical care. He has been a pioneer in point-of-care ultrasound since the beginning of his career. He also serves as a peer reviewer of many internationally indexed journals in anesthesiology, critical care, and neurosurgery. Dr. Lamperti has published over 100 indexed publications, more than 50 book chapters and three books as the main author
Dr Clara A. Lobo is a Staff Physician in the Anaesthesia Division, part of the Integrated Hospital Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
With over two decades of experience in anaesthesiology, she has dedicated her career to advancing regional anaesthesia and pain medicine.
She is the current Chair of the ESRA Webinar Committee and Editor of ESRA Updates. A former President of CAR/ESRA Portugal, Dr Lobo has served in multiple leadership roles within the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Therapy (ESRA), including Secretary General from 2019 to 2023.
In recognition of her educational impact, she was honoured with the 2023 ESRA Award for Recognition of Education in Regional Anaesthesia. Dr Lobo is also an invited professor at Porto University (in Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar) and the author of numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. Her professional interests also include digital health and the application of artificial intelligence in perioperative care.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Speedyhen, Eastbourne, United Kingdom, +44 02031763822, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
