159 pages. The philosophy of Plotinus represents the culmination of nearly a thousand years of Greek philosophy, while at the same time it was a powerful guide and inspiration to both Western and Middle Eastern philosophy and mysticism. The present work seeks to present a systematic exposition of the philosophy of Plotinus and to unfold the nature of the fundamental principles upon which the whole of his philosophy is based. This 2013 publication includes translations from Plotinus Enneads throughout the book which are those of the Editors and are published here for the first time. It includes the Shrine of Wisdom publication Plotinus On the Beautiful and On Intelligible Beauty, which is also published separately. New cloth bound in dust jacket.
