La falta de alguna de las obras solicitadas no invalidará el resto del pedido.

Solo se aceptara la devolución de los libros que no se correspondan a la descripción de nuestra librería. Si el cliente no recoge el envío tendrá que asumir los costes de devolución y de un nuevo envío.

Los pedidos se servirán por Correos España o mensajería

La librería siempre le enviara el código de su paquete que le servirá para seguir su pedido en www.correos.es - Localizador de envíos y para recogerlo en su oficina postal sin necesidad del papel de aviso que deja correos. Correos no hará la entrega a domicilio en España.

No es posible garantizar el tiempo de entrega totalmente. Son sólo estimaciones basadas en los tiempos de entrega de correos, y no incluyen los procesos de aduana para envíos internacionales. Si el libro es pesado o de formato especial, contactaremos directamente para informarle de cualesquiera gastos de envío adicionales.

En pedidos al EXTRANJERO comunicaremos por email otras formas de pago y envío.

Statutory right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Los pedidos se servirán por orden de recepción. El envío se hará como escoja el cliente, por correos España teniendo que ir el cliente a recoger el pedido en su oficina de correos o por Mensajería recibiendo el mismo en su domicilio. Los envíos se cobraran con tarjeta de crédito, ingreso en cuenta o contra reembolso según escoja el cliente. Para ANDORRA, CANARIAS, CEUTA y MELILLA es imprescindible hacer constar el número de NIF en observaciones ya que lo requieren en correos o en la empresa de mensajería. Los gastos de aduana que puedan surgir van a cuenta del cliente Para envíos al EXTRANJERO se enviaran por Correos España y se cobraran con tarjeta de crédito por Abebooks o Transferencia Bancaria,no se aceptará pago contra reembolso. El coste del envío para España será de 4 euros previo pago y 8 euros contra reembolso por correos y 10 euros por mensajería , para envíos al extranjero los gastos de envío dependerán del país de destino y del peso de la obra. Si el libro es pesado o de formato especial, contactaremos directamente para informarle de cualesquiera gastos de envío adicionales. Los gastos de aduana que puedan surgir van a cuenta del cliente. El tiempo de recepción del envío no puede garantizarse.
