Contains Essays on the need for Irish patriots to rise up and throw off the English yoke. From no. 3: "It is dangerous to the liberties of the people to allow a man of property in Ireland to have any share in the management of the state." Scarce in the trade. Bit of age-toning & signs of being read. "16" inked in period hand to left of t.p. Very Good. Disbound, now housed in an archival mylar sleeve 1st Collected edition (Goldsmith 37608; NCBEL II, 1332).
