Brown Folio, approximatley 355 x 240, 14 x 9 inches, 40 full page engraved plates with text to verso, plus 2 duplicated, 2 small text illustrations to second part, engraved head- and tail-pieces, neat ink name to first original endpaper. Pages: FIRST PART: [20], 1-115, 2 leaves duplicated and misnumbered on verso, page numbers 93-98, and 97-96, and pages 109-112 misnumbered the correct numbers penciled in. SECOND PART: [6], 1-75, [1]. last page publisher's advert, full speckled calf, rebacked at sometime in morocco, gilt title to spine, blind decoration to spine and covers. Some staining and scuffing to binding, new endpapers front and rear followed by and original endpaper fron and rear, 2 margins have small neat repair, no where near images or text, 3 tiny close tears to magins neatly repaired, some rippling to top margins, occasional pale age-browning or spot a very good clean copy.
