Item description from seller

Original paper collage sculpture produced for the 'Ghosts of Gone Birds' series of exhibitions, 2012. An extraordinary work. Housed in a glass dome which is 25cm diameter at the base and 65cm tall. Illustrated with a full-page photograph in Chris Aldhous' exhibition catalogue. Ed Kluz is an artist, illustrator and printmaker. His work explores perceptions of the past through the reimagining of historic buildings, landscapes and objects. English Romanticism and early topographical drawing underpin his approach to image making. He has a particular interest in the eccentric, forgotten and uncanny - follies, demolished country houses, ruins and artefacts provide an ongoing source of inspiration. As a designer and illustrator Ed has received commissions from the V&A, Faber, John Murray publishers, Little Toller Books and St Jude's fabrics. Ed was born in 1980 and grew up in Swaledale, North Yorkshire. He studied fine art at the Winchester School of Art between 1999 - 2002. PRICE INCLUDES UK SHIPPING. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING WILL BE MORE THAN THE DEFAULT AMOUNT, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A QUOTE. 0.
