Review
Most corporate executives are familiar with the need to have mission, vision and values statements for the organization. Sandeep Agarwal has adopted this approach for individuals and through his book, P.R.I.D.E. has created an invaluable tool for young professionals to plan their careers and lives successfully.
P.R.I.D.E. is written in a flowing, easy to read style and the lessons supported by anecdotes, examples and personal experience. Sandeep continuously raises questions which individuals must ask to understand themselves better. If I had to pick one anecdote as my favourite, it is about the king and his four wives; the punch lines at the end have a lesson for all of us.
Having known Sandeep for well over a decade, I would say that he lives by the values he endorses in P.R.I.D.E. which accounts for the sincerity that shines through his book.
