nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - In this practical and inspiring book, Matthew McCarthy presents a structured approach to self-reflection. McCarthy introduces a single concept each day and encourages readers to build upon the progress they make as they continue on their road to self-actualization. This process is designed to get the reader to focus on one reflection, contemplate that idea throughout their day, and ultimately, put that thought into action. 'In My Own Galaxy' provides simple reflections that are meant to help readers break from their daily habits and allow them to consciously understand their behavior.
