Paperback. This is a love story about a couple who both have mental illnesses. This story helps those without mental illness understand and those will it hopefully be able to see a light at the end of the very dark tunnel they're traveling. I myself suffer from depression and anxiety. I wrote this book to hopefully help others find different coping mechanisms that will help.
