Language: English. Approximately 67 pages. English: Print-on-demand reprint. Original edition : 1886. Text in English. This scholarly work by Henry Storer Bowen offers a comprehensive overview of the legal concept of specific performance, a remedy distinct from damages. The text draws heavily from Sir Edward Fry's influential treatise, providing detailed notes and analysis. Organized systematically, it covers the principles, applications, and limitations of specific performance in contract law. The inclusion of an index enhances its utility as a reference tool for legal professionals and researchers. Bowen's work remains a valuable resource for understanding historical perspectives on this important legal remedy. Book images are non-contractual. This item is printed on demand and ships from our printing partners' facility nearest the destination. These facilities are located mainly in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
