Neuware - The purpose of the nonfiction, Christian, self-help book, From the Inside Out, is for author Daniel LeClair to share his personal weight loss journey as a way to give hope to others who may struggle with weight loss, overeating, and who may lack the spiritual/God factor when it comes to trying to lose weight. LeClair says to read From the Inside Out, readers should be interested in their health and well-being and have a desire to learn about spiritual truths related to health and well-being. LeClair, a recovering 'foodaholic,' addicted to food, knows first-hand the struggles faced when it comes to weight loss. He has experienced the defeats, failures, discouragements, and challenges associated with trying to be healthy. Being overweight was a way of life. The first step to losing weight is recognizing and accepting the truth about ourselves. A love of food can become an escape and idol.
