Ott's War, Book Two - The Maxx Ott Chronicles
Book Two
A Marquis Who's Who Biographee
Living wet is quite adaptable to a Green Beret. it's when he wet becomes cold that the dichotomy changes and the whole thing becomes a sordid riddle of strangulating fear - fear that must be managed on a ledge, in a fissure, above a canyon, in a storm, with a child attached and an enemy lurking.
Maxx Ott: Once again, Maxx Ott, the principal character, continues his own story in follow up
to his first chronicle, Ott's Tribulation. This time, his brutal wartime experience earns him his country's highest award for valor but leaves him in tragic despair when a comrade comes back to haunt him.
Bea Ott: Charming and influential, Bea Ott is there for Maxx when he returns from war. She supports his trials afterword until tragedy strikes and envelopes her.
Malik Morelli: The villain. Also, a wartime player, comes into Maxx Ott's life by happenstance, becomes a victim of his own devise, then seeks the ruination of Maxx Ott years later.
Joey Mitts: A highly trusted comrade of Maxx, the Green Beret medic plays a positive, heroic, and pivotal role in battle and afterword.
-A gut-wrenching story of the horror and chaos of combat overshadowed by the travails of living with the aftermath.
-An odyssey of courage at its pinnacle; Maxx Ott defines heroism and heartbreak at its most vicious core.
