Keep the Details of Daily Ostomy Care in One Place.
Living with an ostomy can involve many small details that are useful to keep organized-from pouch changes and output to skin observations, supplies and questions for upcoming appointments.
Ostomy Log Book provides a simple, structured place to record those details and build a personal record of your everyday ostomy-care routine.
Track Your Daily Ostomy Care
Each Ostomy Care Log includes space for your name, stoma type and how long you have had your stoma.
The daily tracking table lets you record:
Date • Output • Volume • Empties • Change? • Skin
This makes it easy to keep your daily observations together and look back at your records when needed.
Keep Your Change Routine Organized
The journal includes a convenient checklist covering:
- Gather supplies
- Empty & remove pouch
- Clean & dry skin
- Measure stoma
- Cut barrier to size
- Apply paste / ring
- Attach & seal
- Dispose & wash hands
There's also dedicated space for your supplies and reorder list, helping you keep track of items you may need to replenish.
Record the Details That Matter
Additional writing areas let you document:
Skin Barrier • Leaks • Issues
Diet → Output Notes
and
Questions for Stoma Nurse • Appointments
Together, these sections turn the book into a useful personal organizer rather than simply a blank notebook.
Inside You'll Find
- Ostomy care log pages
