. Not dated but about 1911. Complete in fourteen octavo volumes. Many illustrations throughout, including frontispieces with captioned tissue guards. This "Authorized Edition" is apparently a variant of the Robert Ross authorized editions intended for sale in America. This "Cherwell Edition" is limited to 240 copies, of which each volume is numbered 122. Full gilt morocco with covers decoratively tooled in gilt, spines elaborately tooled and lettered in gilt, in compartments with five raised bands; turn-ins tooled in gilt, top edges gilt. A beautifully bound set in fine condition. From the library of an early 20th century prominent Clevelander with his bookplate. Very scarce. Seller Inventory # WL-116
