Original publisher's beige paper brochure; one leaf folded in half. 6" x 9." Printed on all four panels (two panels printed front and back), complete. One full-page, black-and-white, illustrated advertisement for Sherman Clay on back panel, complete. Ad on one panel promotes an upcoming play at the Memorial Auditorium, Kiss Me, Kate. Brochure is very clean and intact except for center horizontal and vertical fold lines and some wrinkling and age toning. A Very Good copy. Program for a performance by Roland Petit's Les Ballets de Paris at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium in Carmen and La Croqueuse de Diamants ("The Diamond Thief"). Cast and brief synopses of each ballet are listed. Roland Petit (1924-2011) was a French ballet company director, dancer, and choreographer. He became well-known for his pas de deux and narrative ballets. Petit also collaborated with prominent visual artists including Jean Carzou and Max Ernst.
