DESCRIPTION: Here are two original chromolithographic basketry print plates (1) 2 Panamint Coiled Bowls. - Plate # 184, and (2) Pomo Coiled Feathered Basket - Plate # 70. * These plates had been removed from a damaged copy of the Annual Report of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution Showing the Operations, Expenditures, and Condition of the Institution for the Year ending June 30,1902 Report of the U. S. National Museum. * The image size is about 5 1/2 inches by about 8 3/4 inches tall. * CONDITION: The plate conditions are good plus and the paper has naturally aged. * Each plate will be inserted into an archival plastic from Brodart and shipped as a flat package with backing sheets on the top and bottom. These original images were lithographed by Bien & Co. of N. Y. and are suitable for matting and framing. Seller Inventory # 0543
