From Ordinary Income to Extraordinary Wealth is a practical guide to building long-term wealth and passive income through strategic property investment in Australia.
Drawing on his own experience of building a portfolio of more than 30 properties, Bharat Patel introduces the proven Cashflow Properties Model-a structured approach designed to help investors make informed decisions at every stage of their property journey. From understanding markets and identifying the right suburbs and properties to analysing cash flow, managing borrowing capacity, refinancing and conducting due diligence, the book explains not only what to buy, but why the order in which you buy matters.
The book also brings the model to life through real client case studies, including a single professional investing on one income, couples building multi-property portfolios, a late starter beginning in his 50s, and migrant investors navigating the Australian property market.
Whether you are preparing to buy your first investment property or looking to grow an existing portfolio, From Ordinary Income to Extraordinary Wealth offers a clear, practical framework for making smarter property decisions and building sustainable wealth over time.
