About the Author: Leslie J Francis is Professor of Religions and Education at the University of Warwick and Canon Theologian at Bangor Cathedral. Elizabeth Jordan until recently ran the Local Ministry Department in Lichfield Diocese. She is now the Lay Education and Training Adviser for Chelmsford Diocese. Oliver Simon was until recently the Ordained Local Ministry Adviser in the Diocese of Coventry and Ordained Local Ministry Pathway Tutor at the Queen's Foundation, Birmingham. He is now Director of Studies in the Diocese of Mauritius. Andrew Bowden is Area Local Ministry Officer in the Diocese of Gloucester.
