Paperback. Precognition-does it exist? And if it does, is it a curse? A gift? Or perhaps both . . .Jacob Wirth is a normal little boy, with one exception. Sometimes, he can see the future-and sometimes the future contains monsters. Monsters change as you get older, but they remain monsters nonetheless. And then, of course, there are the spies. In the years leading up to and through the Cold War, precognition is an ability all political powers want to have in their arsenals. When Jacob's skills are identified by the US Army-and the KGB-will he be able to stay safe among parties who would have his capabilities for their own? Of Oracles, Innocence, and Spies is a tale of a turbulent era, the bounds of humanity, and futures full of unexpected beauty. Espionage, war, precognition, and romance combine in Of Oracles, Innocence, and Spies, a Cold War novella about personal and political monsters. This item is printed on demand.
