Paperback. "Are you ready for an adventure? An adventure like you've never had before?" After a deadly attack on his office, German businessman Peter Berg recalls a past encounter with a mysterious American woman-and soon finds himself caught up in a global conspiracy of unimaginable magnitude. "Are you ready for an adventure? An adventure like you've never had before?" With that question, the vivacious Rosanna Sands draws German businessman Peter Berg into a search for her missing friend, a turbulent trip that sends the disparate twosome on an unexpected journey across Europe. In one illustrious setting after another-London, Rome, Madrid, Vienna-they encounter all kinds of inscrutable characters, hidden signs and mysterious symbols as they draw ever closer to discovering the real reasons for the woman's disappearance. As the pieces begin to fall into place, many things suddenly begin appearing in a completely different light, until they find themselves questioning almost everything they once knew about the world. and landing squarely in the sights of those who will stop at nothing to prevent the truth from coming out. Will they manage to escape the shadow of danger and find the answers they are seeking? Or would those answers represent a more shocking breach of taboo than even Galileo's 1633 claim that the Earth revolves around the Sun? With 532 pages, including maps about the story-navigation as well as a timeline and a list of the characters. 1 million characters / 180.000 Words This item is printed on demand.
