No date found but obviously very old. Front hinge is beginning to split but holding. Pages are all securely attached. Pages are smudged and darkened with age. Flowers and leaves have been pressed between several pages leaving smuges and discoloration. Three pages have a small hole (dime size) from removal of pressed flowers. Neat pencil marks found on a few pages. Cover is discolored and edge worn. Top and bottom of spine are frayed. There is a small split at top of spine. Gold print on front is clear and readable.
