Gadaf Rexhepi is an Associate Professor at South East European University, Republic of North Macedonia, where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of Management. His research interests include innovation, strategy, entrepreneurship, CSR and sustainability. He has authored or co-authored over fifty research articles in various peer-reviewed journals, as well as ten textbooks. He serves as consultant of the rector for promotion and development of the university.
Robert D. Hisrich is the Bridgestone Chair of International Marketing and Associate Dean of Graduate and International Programs at the College of Business Administration, Kent State University. Prof. Hisrich’s research pursuits are focused on entrepreneurship and venture creation: entrepreneurial ethics, corporate entrepreneurship, female and minority entrepreneurs, venture financing, and global venture creation. He teaches courses and seminars in these areas, as well as in marketing management, and product planning and development. Prof. Hisrich serves on the editorial boards of several prominent journals in entrepreneurial scholarship, is on several boards of directors, and is the author or co-author of over 300 research articles published in journals such as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. Professor Hisrich has also authored or co-authored more than 40 books.
Veland Ramadani is an Associate Professor at South East European University, Republic of North Macedonia. His research interests include entrepreneurship, small business management, family businesses and venture capital investments. He has authored or co-authored more than one hundred research articles and twenty-four books, including Effective EntrepreneurialManagement (2018); Entrepreneurship andManagement in an Islamic Context (2017); Female Entrepreneurship in Transition Economies: Trends and Challenges (2015); and Entrepreneurship in the Balkans: Diversity, Support and Prospects (2013). Dr. Ramadani is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business (IJESB). He received the Award for Excellence 2015 – Outstanding Reviewer from Emerald Group Publishing, and in 2016 the Award for Best Paper from the Journal of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy. Dr. Ramadani was engaged by the President of the Republic of North Macedonia as a member of the Experts’ Committee to analyze the economic, technological and juridical conditions for establishing techno parks, and as a trainer by the Ministry of Economy in North Macedonia. In 2017, the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia appointed him as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Macedonian Bank for Development Promotion.

Statutory Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Kennys Bookstore, The Museum at Tall Timbers, 2707 Olney - Sandy Spring Road, 20832, Olney, Maryland, U.S.A., +353 91709350, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Kennys Bookstore, The Museum at Tall Timbers, 2707 Olney - Sandy Spring Road, 20853, Olney, Maryland, U.S.A., +353 91709350, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
