The bottom stitch has broken away from the covers. There is a previous owner's name on the back side of the front cover. The preliminaries and inside pages have soil and staining, but are still perfectly legible. The paper has tanned. Part II is in good condition. It has some edge wear and soil and a crinkle to the cloth across both covers. The preliminaries and inside pages have some soil, stains, and foxing but are still perfectly legible.
