Paperback. Do you enjoy reading intriguing and humorous fictional stories with special messages for all nationalities? Welcome to "Once Upon The Time In Liberia." The theme of audacities, dishonesty, honesty, unfulfilled dreams, deaths and perils runs through this collection of short stories. Do not pick it up unless you have a free evening to read. A woman dies and comes back to life in a rural farming town. What happens after her resurrection when she leaves the house, walks a mile from the town and calls for help? How many men will remain standing or wait to rescue her when she identities herself? A Mission Director is arrested and charged for being a Christian. Can his lawyers present evidences of his Christianity beyond all reasonable doubts before impartial jurors of his peers and silence his critics and detractors that he did not become a Christian just for the money, status and fame? A longstanding Liberian cultural taboo that football (soccer) is a man only sport is put to a test by an audacious young woman, Debutante Annie Kern, The Female Footballer. Can a bubbly and vivacious beautiful young girl become a no-nonsense hard hitting, sliding and tackling female gladiator for ninety minutes on boys only high school football team? And much, much more! This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
