There is no publication date or ISBN number. It was selected for The Modern Library of the World's Best Books by Random House # 184. Preface to this edition is by author. The binding is sound, no marks, pages have aged in color but still stout. Very good size reading book. It's an interesting book in its description of the seige of Paris and other such conditions of living during this era.
