Staples rusty, covers rather dulled with some scuffing around edges o/w a clean unmarked copy in good condition. There is also a printed 'Unsolicited testimonial from 'A woman's notebook' by Vera Brttain in 'The Nation and Athenaeum,' 31st January, 1931 loosely inserted, in which she refers to the hotel.
