Review
'A detailed account of the assumptions made and the data controls and manipulation is well documented for each study. The text is full of snippets of information concluded from the analysis which could easily be lost to the cursory reader ... A comprehensive chronology of references to other published work which has contributed to the development of the author's ideas abound throughout. Utilities Policy
'Reflecting its author's innate character, the book is sometimes wry, sometimes amusing and, for those unfamiliar with its subject area, very informative ... I commend this book to all with an interest in oil and gas resource assessment, exploration for hydrocarbon or mineral resources, or the contemporary working context of applied geoscience.' Resources Policy
'The book is rich with references ... There is no doubt in my mind that Mr. Drew's contribution to the field of oil and gas forecasting is substantial.'Hazem Arafa, American Petroleum Institute
