Yankwich, Leon R. Oddities in California Law. Reprinted from The Canadian Bar Review for June-July, 1953. [1], 646-663 pp. Blue stapled wraps. Staples lightly rusted. "Compliments of Leon R Yankwich" to top of title. Letter addressed to Mr. Leonard H. Verbarg, from Leon Yankwich tipped in. A very good copy. $50. * A legal historical analysis by Leon R. The article is structured into several sections, including "The California Heritage," "The Common Law System," "Vestiges of the Old Systems," and "Conciliacion".
