Item description from seller

See photos for condition details. Hardcover, dark red cloth boards ornately decorated in gilt on front and spine, blind stamped on rear. The exterior shows scuffing and spotting and spine is faded, edges and corners show bumps/wear. The interior binding has some pulling and spots and a thin crack at the front board. The front pastedown and end page both have handwriting showing the original owners and some light penciling and smudge marks. This is the only handwriting found in the book. Pages are toned due to age and there is scattered foxing and smudge marks present. Starting at page 407 there is a small ding on the exterior page edge (see last photo) the rest of the pages are good except for two small corner folds which have been straightened out. The title page states "In Three Parts", which are all part of this book. Part two starts at page 115, part three starts at page 293.
