Paperback. This book presents a concise and comprehensive overview of obturator prosthesis as an essential modality in the prosthetic rehabilitation of patients with maxillary defects. It highlights the fundamental principles of obturation, classification of maxillary defects, and the design considerations involved in surgical, interim, and definitive obturator prostheses. Emphasis is placed on material selection, fabrication techniques, and the functional outcomes related to speech, mastication, esthetics, and quality of life. By synthesizing current literature and clinical concepts, this book serves as a valuable academic resource for postgraduate students, clinicians, and researchers in the field of prosthodontics and maxillofacial rehabilitation.
