Octavo. 508 pages, indexed. Hardcover bound in green cloth with spine title in gilt. The binding is rubbed and bumped. The inner hinges are sound, but the gutter between the frontis and the title page is cracking with the muslin exposed. Prior owner's inscription on the reverse of the frontis. Outside edges of the text block are foxed. Text is toned but generally clean. Illustrated with drawings and photos and contains a folding table. Seller Inventory # 050924
