By Cassman Shaw
Between what is seen and what is hidden, truth flickers like a shadow in motion.
Oblique Realities is an immersive fusion of photography, abstract storytelling, and philosophical reflections-a book that challenges perception and invites the reader to explore the fractured nature of identity, memory, and truth. Through monochrome imagery and nonlinear narratives, Cassman Shaw captures fleeting moments, revealing the beauty in imperfection and the poetry in distortion.
This book is not a traditional collection of photographs or essays; it is a journey through visual and textual fragments that intertwine, allowing the reader to form their own connections. Each frame, each word, and each silence in between speaks to the depth of what remains unseen.
For those drawn to the interplay of light and shadow, the space between clarity and ambiguity, Oblique Realities offers a thought-provoking experience-one that lingers beyond the page, much like an image burned into memory.
Step beyond the frame. See what lies in the unseen.
Cassman Shaw is a writer, photographer, and explorer of perception. As the founder of Thinq Konceptz, he delves into the intersections of creativity, philosophy, and personal transformation. His work blends abstract storytelling with visual artistry, capturing truth through fragmented frames and poetic reflections.
With a passion for seeing beyond the obvious, Cassman uses his lens and words to explore the spaces between light and shadow, clarity and ambiguity. His unique approach invites readers to embrace imperfection, question reality, and discover meaning in the unseen.
Oblique Realities: Capturing Truth in Fragmented Frames is a testament to his belief that truth is never whole-it is found in the interplay of perspectives, the silence between images, and the beauty of the incomplete.
When he's not creating, Cassman enjoys macro photography, exploring nature, and finding inspiration in the ever-shifting landscapes of thought and vision.
