Neuware - The events chronicled in this book are purely fiction. They are a chilling testament to the devastating consequences of unchecked ambition and toxic leadership within a system designed to heal and protect. For months, I immersed myself in the investigation of Dr. Preethi Sharma's actions, poring over medical records, legal documents, and countless interviews with those whose lives were irrevocably altered by her conduct. The depth of her manipulation, her calculated cruelty, and her utter disregard for human life left an indelible mark on me. The task of bringing this story to light was challenging, fraught with legal complexities and ethical considerations. However, the stories of those affected, their pain, their resilience, and their unwavering dedication to truth and justice, compelled me to persevere. My hope is that this book will serve as a cautionary tale, a stark reminder of the importance of ethical leadership, robust accountability mechanisms, and the critical need to protect whistleblowers who dare to challenge those in positions of power. The pursuit of justice may be a long and arduous road, but the fight for truth, accountability, and a safer work environment is a battle worth fighting. …
