Add to basketMost people's number 1 source of pain is the area of relationships. It also happens to be the most important thing we have in life. Unfortunately, everything you're taught about relationships are riddled with old thinking that can't work because they're based on old ways of doing things - because of culture or social expectations.
OLNE offers a revolutionary approach to relationships that's based on its 3 fundamental axioms: nonconditional love, nonjudgmental acceptance and open communication. It proposes that no other format of relationship can facilitate these 3 dynamics simultaneously. It also offers a way to manage relationships so it's based on your particular and unique dynamic with your partner or partners - using communication techniques and relationship management strategies.
This book is the book you wished you'd read before ever getting into a relationship. The book begins with the first principles of relationships that work by establishing the 3 pillars of OLNE. You'll see why this new paradigm of "love" will be essential in all of your relationships from here forward. Next, it covers the evolutionary psychology reasoning of how relationships came to be how we practice it today and why so many things are outdated and rooted in old thinking that result in problematic relationships.
The chapter on 'Personhood Management' will teach you a new way of "personal development" basing it on integrity, ethics, and a system for communication that will make you a good communicator in any relationship - whether that's personal, social or professional communication. This important chapter goes over the idea of "developing attractants" that make you an attractive person to be around. People gravitate to you because of who you are and the charisma you exude. This is important in a relationship style that encourages freedom-of-choice so that your partner persistently chooses you.
The chapter 'Enlightenment' shows you that you can be enlightened now simply by recognizing its core principles. You'll learn how to manage your ego (something everyone has but most no one knows how to manage). For most everyone, their ego is what holds them back from achievement and great relationships. You'll even learn how to communicate with your ego so 'it' can communicate directly with your nervous system. The enlightenment chapter is the powerful secret of this book.
Next, you'll learn Attachment Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and a new type of intelligence OLNE proposes, "Relationship Intelligence." These chapters truly cover what once you've read them you'd wished you've known them before ever having a relationship and wished everyone else knew about them (which makes the final chapter important).
The IMR Model chapter introduces you to a revolutionary way of seeing dating and relationships using the 'intimacy model' - a powerful, new way of seeing relationships that gives you clarity of how to manage interactions from new relationships to old ones. Ultimately, the best thing this book will give you is profound clarity and the sense that you know what you're doing.
Relationships Management will show you strategies to manage relationships using tools, techniques and protocols. This will be essential for effectiveness and really deepening the connection and bond with those you love.
Finally the chapter on Legacy shows you why this knowledge is important and critical and how you can facilitate relationships that are persistent - they last a long time - how to build a beautiful community and network of people you love and if, when, you decide to propagate a family, you develop a culture of relationships based on love, openness and personal freedom.
This book has the potential to firstly upset a lot of the things you 'know' but ultimately offer a profound enlightenment and clarity you've always been searching for.
