Texto impresso em caracteres redondos e alguns itálicos sobre papel de linho ornamentado com cabeções, (uns com elementos vegetalistas e antropomórficos e outros constituídos por camarões, sendo que o cabeção do Lustre ao Desembargo do Paço tem o trigrama sagrado no centro) com iniciais decoradas, com belos florões de remate no fim de cada relação, no fim do Sonho Político, do Discurso Político e no fim das Obras Métricas. O Lustre ao Desembargo do Paço e o Sonho Político têm folhas de rosto próprias com belos florões decorativos no centro. Exemplar com defeitos de manuseamento e danificada à cabeça da lombada. Com manchas no pé e nos canto de algumas folhas finais da primeira numeração e com um pequeno buraco nas páginas 9 e 10 da segunda numeração que afectam levemente o texto. As páginas preliminares dedicatória em latim do impressor a D. António Ribeiro de Abreu; índice das ordenações referidas nas Relações e Licenças. O presente livro contém a 2ª edição das Três Relações de Direito de Pinto Ribeiro, publicadas pela primeira vez em 1643, em que o autor analisa várias disposições das Ordenações do Reino e dá informações autobiográficas sobre a forma como exerceu o cargo de Juiz de Fora de Pinhel, assim como a 2ª edição da obra sobre o Desembargo do Paço, que tinha sido publicado pela primeira vez em 1649. O Impressor juntou também a 2ª edição das obras de Duarte Ribeiro de Macedo que tinham sido publicadas pela primeira vez em Lisboa no ano de 1721. Posteriormente o mesmo impressor publicou um segundo volume com as restantes obras de Pinto Ribeiro que tinham sido publicadas em folhetos nas décadas de trinta e quarenta do século XVII. João Pinto Ribeiro (Lisboa 1590? - Lisboa 1649) oriundo de uma família da região de Amarante, bacharel em direito canónico pela Universidade de Coimbra, foi Juiz de Fora em Pinhel, desde 1621 e depois em Ponte de Lima. Em 1635 foi enviado a Roma, incumbido de tratar dos negócios particulares da casa de Bragança, relativamente aos seus padroados para a sub-divisão das respectivas rendas, em várias comendas. Em 1639, foi-lhe conferida a comenda de Santa Maria de Guimulde, na Ordem de Cristo. Em 1640 era agente da Casa de Bragança em Lisboa e participou na Revolução do 1º de Dezembro desse ano. Duarte Ribeiro de Macedo (Lisboa 1618 - Alicante 1680) Diplomata, escritor e poeta, doutor em Direito pela Universidade de Coimbra, do Conselho do Rei D. Pedro II, Desembargador e Conselheiro da Fazenda e Cavaleiro da Ordem de Cristo. Foi Secretário da Embaixada que durante a regência da Rainha D. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Livraria Castro e Silva, Lisboa, Portugal, +351 213467380, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
