Fragile thicj card stock with p[rinted title date and location, Pagination is difficult to discern. Scarce work that includes the first printing of "La Regla Abstracta" ("The Abstract Rule") that he hand-lettered and illustrated. Advertencia dated April 3, 1946 still tipped-in at the front. Bookplate of Rene d"Harnoncourt inside front cover. Begins with a hand-lettered title-page, followed by 9 very brittle sheets containing "La Regla Abstracta" also hand-lettered, and signed J. Torres-Garcia Febrero 5 de 1946. This is followed by one glossy sheet containg a color reproduction with a blank verso (this sheet has some moderate dampstaining evident in the upper right corner). This then followed by a section of Monumento Cosmico Del Parque Rodo, Montevideo; followed by Breve Noticia Relativa a la Decoracion Mural del Pabellon Martirene; next is an English (followed by French) printing of The Abstract Rule; and more follows.Appx. 34 pages of bw photographs and illustrations on glossy paper.
