Add to basketNow What? is a practical resilience guide for anyone searching for clarity, direction, and a way to move forward during life transitions.
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we planned. A career shift, burnout, unexpected loss, health challenges, or another major life disruption can leave even the strongest people asking the same question:
“Now what?”
International speaker and resilience strategist Lisa K. Boehm has spent decades helping people navigate life’s hardest transitions. Through both her professional work and personal experience, she understands how quickly uncertainty, stress, and burnout can leave people feeling stuck and unsure of their next step.
Now What? offers a compassionate roadmap for rebuilding resilience, regaining clarity, and moving forward when life feels uncertain.
At the heart of the book is Lisa’s RESET Framework, a simple yet powerful approach that helps readers navigate change, rebuild emotional strength, and take meaningful steps forward.
Through this step-by-step framework, readers learn how to:
• Release what no longer serves them
• Envision new possibilities after life shifts
• Strengthen resilience and emotional capacity
• Rebuild energy after burnout or adversity
• Take action with confidence and clarity
Instead of staying stuck in uncertainty, readers learn how to create forward momentum — one small step at a time.
This book is for you if you are:
• Navigating a major life transition and wondering what comes next
• Feeling stuck in life or work and searching for direction
• Experiencing burnout, uncertainty, or unexpected change
• Ready to rebuild resilience and regain clarity
• Looking for practical tools to help you move forward
Unlike traditional personal development books focused only on motivation, Now What? combines real-life insight, resilience strategies, and practical tools readers can apply immediately.
Inside, you’ll discover how to:
• Navigate change with greater clarity and confidence
• Rebuild resilience after adversity or burnout
• Find direction when life no longer looks the way you expected
• Develop the emotional strength needed to adapt to change
• Take meaningful steps forward — even when the path ahead feels uncertain
Change is inevitable — but staying stuck doesn’t have to be.
If you’ve ever asked yourself, “How do I move forward when life no longer looks the way I planned?” Now What? will help you regain clarity, rebuild resilience, and take the next step forward.
