The notice explains the current tax rate due to "debts incurred by past Districts". The notice also lays out a penalty if the taxes are not remitted in time. The Magistrate has his name at the end of the notice, with the name of the Chancellor below. A fascinating example of local government in Enlightenment era Italy. A Very Good+ example with a few contemporary annotations at the bottom of the recto and a few of the same annotations on the verso, one faint fold to the center of the broadside.
