Bound in19th century marbled paper covered boards and half calf, spines decorated with gilt lines, leather title labels (the volume 2 label is chipped), edges and corners of bindings rubbed with wear at the top and bottom of the spines, spines darkened and dry, staining of the preliminary and concluding pages of each volume, occasional spotting of the text.
