Book Description Free Association Books, London, UK, 1988. Soft cover. Book Condition: Fine. Herman, Josef (illustrator). 1st Edition. Contents pages unmarked and pristine. Polish-born painter Herman first visited the Welsh mining village of Ystradgynlais in 1944, setting up a studio there and staying for the next 11 years.
