This is self-help that actually helps.
This is for 2025.

For the ones juggling everything — and still feeling like it’s not enough.
For the ones who do the work, keep the peace, and carry the weight.

Notes For The Last Kind Ones isn’t another hack. It’s a way back to yourself.

Not about optimizing your life — about reclaiming your humanity.

If you’ve ever said:
“Why am I the only one trying?”
“I’m so tired, but I can’t stop.”
“This can't be all there is.”
— then this book is yours.

Inside are 122 pages of soul-sparing truths, gentle defiance, and quiet clarity.

Whether you’re burned out, quietly angry, or just trying to stay soft in a hardening world, this is the book that speaks your language.
