6" x 9", 136pp. Issue includes An Interview with Fidel Castro by Charles O. Porter, and work by Jess, Charles Bukowski, and Philip Whelan. Printed on off white acidic paper and bound in sewn signatures in printed card stock cover. Moderate edge wear, age discoloration, shelf wear, light soiling to cover. Binding is square and tight. The section comprising Guy Wertheim's "approximation in english" of Antonin Artaud's To Have Done With the Judgment of God is printed on a contrasting beige stock. Pages are gently age toned but clean and unmarked.

Canada's oldest independent bookstore, the People's Co-operative Bookstore Association was formed in 1945 by a broad coalition of Vancouver's progressive movements, from trade unionists and Marxists to social democrats and Christian social justice activists. Owned and operated by its member-shareholders, it is a registered co-op operating under the Co-operative Associations Act of British Columbia. Anyone can join. Since 1983, the People's Co-op Bookstore has been located at 1391 Commercial, in the heart of Commercial Drive.
