Texto en inglés. Tapa blanda de editorial ilustrada. Como nuevo. On the west coast of Ireland 995 AD it is the eve of Samhain, the night that is "the wedge between two worlds, prying open the mouth of the hollow hills when the spirits from the Other Side coming spilling out all over Ireland." But why should Svana fear the spirits when her own ancestors walk among them? "There are those who walk abroad on Samhain whose souls you'd not want for traveling companions." By the fire of the hermit's hut the beginning of the Northman's tale will soon become her own, forcing Svana far beyond her home on the strand and deep into the mythical past. For the believers of folklore and fantasy alike, the tale of Dagda and Danu will strike a chord where the worlds of myth and reality reverberate, where all dimensions converge.

"...this layered fantasy novel draws from Irish folklore and Pagan mythology crafts an immersive world of Ireland's distant past that will captivate readers.” --Publisher’s Weekly Book Life Prize
Winner of the Next Generation Indie Book Award, 1st Prize for Regional Fiction
West of Ireland 895 A.D.
The eve of Samhain, "the night when winter steals back over the land and the wall between two worlds crumbles, freeing the spirits from the Other Side to step over the rubble to walk across the fields and hills of what was once their own beloved island." Though forbidden to travel on this night, Svana makes her way to the hermit’s hut. There by his fire, the Northman’s tale will become her own, forcing her to follow the bones of the Viking far beyond her home on the Irish coast and deep into its mythical past.
