Jim Edwards (Billerica, MA) is a Premium Services Engineer at Nortel Networks. He has supported numerous enterprise environments and is the key point of contact for 2 premium services customers. Along with his Networking experience, he has spent several years as a Senior PC Software Engineer and Help Desk Manager. He holds Nortel Networks Certification in Routing, Switching, Centillion Switching and Advanced IP Configuration. Mr. Edwards can be reached at jedward1@nortelnetworks.com; Matt Jensen (Omaha, NE) works as a Professional Services Engineer for Nortel Networks. He provides Capacity Planning, network design, implementation, and support services for multiple customers in the Midwest.
