Marbled endpapers with gilt decorated leather margins. G. Christopher Davies is credited with helping to discover the Norfolk Broads with his writings and to help preserve them with his work in local government. Leather is a worn to hinges but remains sound. Corner tips are also a little worn. One small crescent shaped scratch to the front with a couple of fainter scuffs. Photographs within cause some toning to opposite pages else internally clean. Clean, tight and square binding. Very good copy.
