When you start your first business, everyone talks about the excitement, the freedom, the revenue goals, and the hustle. They tell you that failure will make you stronger and that persistence conquers all.
They do not tell you what happens when your business starts asking for things you cannot give.
They don't tell you about the 4-hour daily commutes, skipping meals, carrying mountain-high debt, watching your savings evaporate, or watching personal relationships quietly break apart while you act like everything is under control.
In Nobody Tells You This, entrepreneur and author Nitin Tyagi delivers a raw, deeply personal, and unfiltered breakdown of the invisible prices every founder pays before they ever see profit.
Inside this book, you will discover:- The Time You Will Never Get Back: How to stop confusing frantic daily activity with real progress.
- The Money You Can't Touch: Why revenue is misleading and how cash flow traps trap first-time founders.
- The Energy Spent Before You Earn: How to identify and fix the kind of exhaustion that sleep cannot heal.
- The Relationships That Break Quietly: The silent emotional toll entrepreneurship takes on family, partners, and friendships.
- The Confidence That Collapses: How to rebuild self-trust when your first business venture stumbles.
- The Mistakes You Pay For Twice: Why founders repeat the same operational traps and how to break the cycle.
- The Mentor Myth: What nobody tells you about seeking advice, guidance, and direction.
- The System That Changes Everything: Practical, scalable frameworks to transition from chaotic survival to sustainable building.
Whether you are preparing to launch your first business, currently grinding through the startup trenches, or trying to rebuild after a setback, this book provides the clarity, perspective, and honest systems you need to survive and thrive.
