The No-Self Help Book is the first to take the "self" out of "self-help." Written by a clinical psychologist and student of Eastern philosophy, this guide offers a radical solution to readers struggling with self-doubt, self-esteem, and self-defeating thoughts: get over your self-it's time for "no-self help"!
About the Author: Kate Gustin, PhD, is a clinical psychologist practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area. She received her doctorate in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2001, and has worked in a range of clinical settings including community mental health clinics, VA hospitals, college counseling centers, and Kaiser Permanente's department of psychiatry. Gustin presently conducts individual and group psychotherapy in her private practice and offers trainings and workshops on positive psychology for patients, students, and health professionals.
