It has a metaphorical lesson about the rain cycle, highlighting the different purposes that the wind, sun, and clouds play in rain formation. It also teaches children to be grateful for the little things we take for granted. S. Blaise Juncaloe does a great job of presenting these lessons in a way that will resonate with young readers.
