Nika is going first to grade, a transition that holds many challenges, new friends, homework, a new framework, and new rules.
Nika is full of joy and anticipation but also fears; What will her first days look like? With whom will she play during breaks, and with whom will she go to birthday parties?
Nika's first days in class are not easy, but little by little, things change.
This book describes an exciting and turbulent journey from the personal world of a young girl saying goodbye to kindergarten and experiencing one of the most meaningful transitions in her life.
The story is based on real experiences, and its purpose is to strengthen the children of first grade who are faced with fears and difficulties.
Michal Ron's wonderful drawings complement the book and enhance the reading experience.
